I live in a shared home, should we insure individually, or as a group?

Technically, it would be cheaper for the tenants to insure the house as a group. This may lead to complications however if one of the tenants refuses to pay, or if people are moving in & out regularly.

Remember, as a tenant you only need contents insurance.
